submarines as a missile carrier?

hi,
just wanted to know if its possible... in the event commands you find this string:
command = { type = missile_carrier which = [submarine] }
made an event and it seemed to work since i got a message that i would now be able to attach rockets to my subs. but i couldnt figure out how...
someone knows this?
