Yes. Though that may not be the case with marches - not clear yet. But yes, your vassals and colonial nations increase your force limit.

Marches contribute to forcelimits.

Any chance for some quick clarification so I don't have to test it?

"Vassals increase the land force limit of their masters by 25% of their own force limit. Colonial nations increase the land force limit of their masters by 50% of their own force limit."

Is the +33% from influence added to the 25%/50% to make the contribution 58%/83%?
