What does this do exactly? Also is it worth fully researching the Influences ideas to have +33% subject forcelimits contribution?

Really? I never knew this! Is it the base forcelimit (from BT) or the one they get from NIs/Govt types? If its from govt types then it would be useful to have a horde vassal to boost your own limit.
