These are some big feature, but I think they add more flavour to the colonial game and even more flavour to rulling subjects.

Subject Cultural Diference:

If you are playing, let's say, as Sweden and you make Denmark your vassal, Denmark liberty desire should have a negative modifier because Sweden and Denmark are from the same culture group.

If you vassalize Brandenburg as Sweden, the liberty desire from that country should have a positive modifier because Sweden and Brandenburg are not in the same culture group.

A subject that has a culture that is accepted by its overlord, should have a negative modifer too, because accepted cultures are not always in the same culture group, like Greek is an accepted culture to the Ottoman Empire.

Colonial Cultural Drift:

When you colonize, let's say, Brazil as Portugal, after some 100-200 years of portuguese rule, the culture from Brazilian provinces should start to change to a new culture, like Portuquese Brazillian culture.

This shift in culture, should increase the the liberty desire from the colony and create more room for colonial revolution in the game.

If possible, there could be even sub-culture, like in Brazil, there could be diferent cultures depending on the regions. The culture in the south is way diferent form the culture in the north. Same thing goes for places like USA, florida has a diferente culture than new york, but they are part of the same culture group.
