Stuttering

Dear community.
I bought CK 2 about a month ago. And since the moment I bought it, I had stutters every time a days passes. If th egame is paused, everything runs smoothly. I was rold I should post a few files so here they are. I really hope you can help me, because this is the best game out there .
Here are my specs:
Gigabyte GTX 780 Ghz OC
I7 4770k@3.5Ghz
8Gb Ram
Here is my checksum line: [ck_application.cpp:1068]: is 2.1.6 (TTXL) 290141169
I wasnt able to attach my system.log

From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ directory, post system.log . Open setup.log in notepad and search for 'checksum', post that line only here too please.

In settings.txt try these changes:

refreshRate=60

master_volume=0

draw_trees=no

draw_sky=no

draw_citysprawl=no

If that helps you can try undoing them, one by one.
