Dear community.
I have the same issue with EU4 and I think its the same kind of problrm. In CK2 I have stutters every time a day passes. If the game is paused everything runs butter smooth. Its just that it stutter when unpaused. And this happens in speed 1. On speed 3 or higher it is unplayable. I think I should post my dxdiag report. Do I have to do that while the game is running or after I closed the game?
BTW here are my pc specs:
Gigabyte GTX 780 OC
I7 4770k@3,5GHz
8Gb Ram DDR3 1600MHz
