Stuck in Burning Library

Im stuck in this puzzle for front of magic gate before the silent achieve even after killing Numbly. I looted everything but these runes are still not gone. is this kind of bug?

You definitely found all 4 pieces of the solution and you right-clicked the icon to read it? (Sometimes stuff triggers only if you open something and read it; can't recall whether this is the case in the Library.)
