Stuck in Blade Grave

I've been stuck for the last 5 hours trying to figure out what I'm missing.. I've read all the others posts in the forums but haven't found any solution. There are only 3 open quests: the trial of the archons, the artifact in Blade Grave (that I can't get, because the fourth keystone - cold - is "not found in these Oldwalls). I've went to every single region and talked to every NPC.. What could I possibly be doing wrong? There's nothing else to do. I claimed the Ocean spire, built an upgrade and that's it. Please help :/

Are you still stuck on this issue? Without giving anything away, I can say that the keystones are all located inside the Blade Grave Oldwalls.

If you think there might be a bug going on, please upload a save so that I can take a closer look as to what is going on.

You can usually find the save files here:
C:\Users\<Your user Name>\Saved Games\Tyranny
