Spain hereby announces that we have made a deal with the honourable stadtholder of The Netherlands. The deal is as follows:
Kyushu (ID number 688) to Netherlands and Shanghai (ID number 653) to Spain.

There is two event issues, due to France being braindead in the last session (my fault I know).
1) Commissioning of Versailles (3125) happened, without effect. So unless Versailles Stand in Unearthly Glory (3126) is slept, I will be gaining benefits of Versailles (free FAA, 600 vp and 3 stab) for totally free. So, I suggest we sleep Unearthly Glory (3126) like it would have been slept in Comissioning (3125), if 1500 ducats in not paid then.
2) Chambers of Reunion (3127) happened without effect. This is easy to fix as it's deathdate isn't yet past. Just remove 3127 from happened events.
No other french historical event has it's date on those braindead years.

It appears that competition from the not-so-trade-heavy powers in some key-CoT's would reduce the number of monopolies, which in return would reduce the number of traders, which in return would see the trading profits spread out more evenly. All the not-massively-trading nations should focus their effort in keeping monopolies in check, if the monopoly is not yours (as it is likely) then the loss is yours (because the one who has the monopoly gains an extra trader to compete you).
It should be noted that none of the Ottoman CoT's are under a monopoly of anybod, and that has been achieved without in any way setting artificial limits on how many traders may be in any given CoT. HURRAAH for Free competition (free for those who have payed the license, of course)!
EDIT: Austria under Dago seem to have been a very efficient trader-nation.
