You wont get them naturally, but edited files or starting characters can have opposite traits, Sancho of Castile in 1066 start is an example, he has both patience and wroth.

I played a games with out trying to breed any starts and I have amasiing leaders which did not have any positive traits like that. Nurturing wv. Nature going far in this game.
Really if you play with out cheating your starting leader will not have any positive trait and you will marry for alliances, not for genetic. So, instead I concentrating on educators with as many points in everything as possible, working pretty well.

That is awesome. It is super-rare to find anyone with even two traits. In fact in all my hours of gaming I have only seen it once, granted I wasn't looking specifically for that, but, it is that rare truly.

You can be lustful and celibate, but only in certain conditions. By force, you can be genius and quick. I think the game just makes a scripted removal of these traits when you get the other one by a trigger which isn't met when you edit the save file or use ruler editor.
