Strong, Genius and Attractive!

Wow I thought having 2 positive trait was the limit for any characters. I tried breeding my Genius and attractive king with a strong woman and they popped out a triple trait son on the first try.

How far can you go on the positive traits? Is it possible to have a genius AND quick character?

With that guy you can go max crown laws thingy and impose 30% tax on your vassals, and i dont think youll have any rebellion lol

I don't see why not if you can have Genius and Strong. It may even be possible to have Genius, Strong and Quick in that case.

Like Imbecile -> Slow -> Quick -> Genius?
Ugly -> Attractive
Weak -> Strong

You are indeed correct, genius is just a better version of quick.

Yes, it's impossible to get same two same traits. One would replace another.

You can’t. Genius and Quick are exclusive traits, you can get one or the other, but not both.

had something similar to op, my king died while crusading in Spain and his genius, attractive, strong 1 year old daughter inherited, even the Doge's who were on the verge of rebellion under her father all remained calm and the only person who even started a faction was some old countess who had been causing trouble constantly

I think a female ruler with those traits will be even more powerful because attractive gives +30 to all male(and lesbians), which is basically 90% of your vassals.

So with an attractive king, you should promote all your gay counts to dukes They'll get the +30 attractiveness bonus too, wouldn't they?

and she had a full crop of triple trait kids ready to take over.

I had a Strong and Genius character that got her strength from her Viking(danish) father and genius Greek mother. I was kinda surprised as it was my first to get 2 positive genetic traits (she also developed a lisp at the age of 2 from an event). 2 seems rare, 3 positive ones is almost unheard of. Although a lot of characters with 1 trait will eventually develop a lisp.

I actually had this happen back before the patch. Had a genius-strong father and a genius-attractive mother, and their youngest son was genius-strong-attractive. He ended up being significantly less successful than his father, largely because he died young (comparatively speaking - he inherited at 21 and sadly only ruled for 15 years).

Are Quick and Genius really mutually exclusive? I've edited saved games (for RP reasons of course...) so that characters would have both genius and quick, among other traits and they don't "cancel" out like a character with Chaste and Lustful or Gluttonous and Temperate would.
