I do not know if this is a bug or I missed something or what but... Playing as Germany I get the National Spirit modifier Strikes and it nukes my economy. I have no idea how to get rid of it. I have no idea how I got it. Any advice would be welcome.

Just worked it out. If you take the Focus Tree option "War Economy"...and then seem to spend too much time at peace, it kicks in. The problem is that it does not seem to turn off once you actually go to war...

So now that I have worked out how you get it, how do you lose it ?

For clarity it's not just about being at war or not, it's if your war support drops below the required threshold for the economic policy, i.e. you can get strikes on early/partial mobilization too. As for getting rid of it, you needed to revert your economic policy before the timer ran out. Once you've got strikes, idk.
