Personally, just like the OP, I was quite annoyed to see so many kings and queens and courtiers die of 'severe stress', even though they were genius or capable or diligent characters.
So I modded the health_events.txt, and also 00_traits.txt :
1. to prevent the 'stressed' to appear so often ('diligent' now guarantees immunity to stress), and
2. to have it so it doesn't affect health as much.

I'm quite content, now -If I may speak so.

Diligent characters immune to stress? I would think they get stressed more often because they work so hard.
Slothful characters should be immune to stress because they just don't give a damn about the things they should have done.

I must have been very lucky or something then - Steam says I've played over 400 hours! and I just got my first Stressed trait last night and it went away 1-2 years later.

If your characters being stressed stresses you out, don't try the Lux Invicta mod... my characters usually spend most of their lives stressed when I play it. (Shaytana was evil.)

The first incident was somewhat amusing, because it was so blunt and direct. It was also an interesting choice of words. The other stuff was over the line, which I mentioned before. And it was also rubbish and boring, just standard youtube trash-talk.

That, on the other hand, is not nice or constructive, and started this whole thing. Telling the OP that his concerns are due to being incapable of dealing with anything difficult is very annoying and happens too much on this forum.

It wasn't a perfectly valid opinion. It was trolling. You could have commented a million different ways that wouldn't have been offensive. For instance: "I think the stressed trait poses a fun challenge. Its a random factor that can present your perfectly groomed dynasty with a lot of trouble." I could understand that. You were just being an ass for the sake of it. The definition of trolling.
