Strategy Guide available

This is the way I like to see strategy guide written (= these are tools you can use when planning your strategy, it's up to you when, how and where you like to use those tools, because it's your strategy).

Some people are claiming I'm wasting my time reading this. Well, I can say for sure that it's a HELLUVALOT faster and less confusing than reading first EUIII, then NA, then IN, then HttT manuals, and trying to keep track of all the changes.

I just recently bought EUIII complete + HttT, haven't played it yet as I'm too engaged by ongoing grand campaigns in Vicky and CK. Been reading EU3 stuff so I won't be completely confused when I start, and this FREE strategy guide has been the best single source yet.

this guide works fine for me. cant see why maybe 5 mistakes in about 100 sheets of information would make this guide worse.

Thank you Rennslaer thousand times for this. Haven't read it through yet but it seems to be a very nice guide to Httt, which I haven't had the time to play much yet.

Indeed there is but the direction this thread took in the beginning was not very nice or good in my opinion. Anyways I think that this has been noted and we can dedicate the rest of the thread to give comments on the guide, including pointing out clear errors as well.

Secondly: I didn't actually see a draft of this, just suggested some stuff for it. But for other guides/manual I have nitpicked like crazy. I am frighteningly nitpicky. I'm sure Ren secretly wants to kill me by this point.

I'm entirely grateful for this guide. This FREE guide given as a gift to all of us... A few errors here and there are understandable and certainly not a worry. We have great community here who will politely and respectfully point them out and correct them.

And they we have people like you... Much less polite and entirely disrespectful.

Since I am mellowed with age, and cowed by the BiB's lash, I won't give you the response you deserve.

You may think Paradox want enthusiastic yes-men and hell, they may even believe that's what they need themselves. I will be here to call them on their fuckups until I tire, however. It is a measure of how much I enjoy the products of this company that I refuse to accept mediocrity from them, as you would.
