Strategic resources from influenced nations not showing?

Hey everyone,

I'm playing Germany, vanilla, TFH. Early 1938. Both Portugal and Romania is influenced enough to give me strategic resources (tungsten and oil refinery, respectively), but they're not showing up on my production screen. They are supposed to show up there, aren't they?
