Strategic alliances with freedom fighters for everybody

While HoI3 has already done a passingly good job of implementing what happens when a region with nationalist sentiment is take over by another Nation those were always focused on the Allies against the Axis and mostly limited to Norway, France and the Eastern front.

But wait.

In the Second World War Nazi Germany was approached by or had connections to Jewish fighters in Palestine (the Lehi or 'Stern Gang'), Muslim fighters in the Soviet Union (mostly Caucasus), Hindu Nationalists in India, the IRA, South African fascists, etc.

It would be nice if Germany would be able to incite trouble in the colonies and/or non-national provinces of Allies nations too.

Maybe even partisan cells in the Sudetenland and Westpreussen?

It would actually be interesting to see if you manage to stage a coup in a puppet nation or inside a faction member if they break free from it. Overall, technicly they are a different country if they win the civil war with a different name, flag and most likely a different tag aswell of course. Like turning south africa fascist, bringing them into the axis and using them as a base to attack the british supply lines forced around africa if the suez falls to the axis etc.
