Strange UI glitch with Resettling as Rogue Servitor

So I have a strange problem with playing rogue servitor where the game will not allow me to resettle or move my bio trophies anywhere

I confirmed its not mod related after i turned them all off and still had the issue, and also verified my files on steam, this issue appeared after the 1.9 update and I had never had this issue until now, so I'm assuming it's a problem related to the update.

Those slots look empty, but they're actually occupied when you view them through the planet viewer, and it won't let me move anything anywhere

If you check the Bug Reports forum you'll see other such reports too.

I would hope and assume it will be fixed in the next patch.

I didn't know if anyone else but me had even experienced this, but ill check in the future

The UI is modded. That's not vanilla UI, that's a mod.

As stated by me in my OP

it is NOT a modded UI, and the ONLY UI mods I have, are the tiny outliner range of mods, and turning them on or off affected nothing
