I'm having a weird problem. I recently uploaded a park I made to the workshop. So far it has over 100 subscribers. No one has complained so I figure all is okay. My problem is I was cleaning up my asset files and I accidentally deleted this same park from my own assets. The file is still on the workshop so I just subscribed. The file is showing in my assets, it shows on my subscription list but I cannot pull up the park in my game or even in my asset editor.

I tried making the same "mistake" with other parks that I have in my workshop and they all pull up fine ie: I tried deleting another one and just subscribing and that file is okay. Any idea what's wrong?
Would someone please see if they can use this asset? Perhaps the file is messed up and no one has bothered telling me online? If so I can just remove it from the workshop. All my files are safe and I've done all my checking with anti-virus checkers and malware apps so it's not anything to do with that. I'm just not sure what has happened.

Have you tried to restart both steam, and the game? Failing that unsub the asset then go in to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710 (if you installed steam there of course)
and delete the folder with that asset number, restart then resub and see if it turns up in game.

Thank you but yeah, I tried all of that. I subscribed and unsubscribed several times and even tried to alter the park from the asset editor to "update" the park...nothing has worked. :-( Not sure what the deal is. At this point I just want to be sure the park is showing up for others who subscribe otherwise I will just delete it off the workshop.

It seems to be corrupted as when using the Loading Screen Mod it says Ying Yang Park (failed) so it doesn't load for some reason

Thanks, I will take it down. Not sure what happened, it's never had an issue before and it was one of my most used parks in my game, but all this happened after I deleted the original by mistake. I don't get why that would mess up the one on the workshop though. Very odd.

It does sound rather strange. Maybe the original was synced to the uploaded one and that somehow caused the corruption? Just guessing really!

Whatever the issue was it's deleted off the workshop. Thank you for your help. I loved that park though :(...it fit nicely in so many areas as it was 8x8. I will just make another one...I have since made many more the same size, but that was one of my first ever self-made assets. Shame it had to go.

I just tried to see if I could repeat your problem, uploaded a park then deleted the local version etc. but it still loaded OK so not sure what caused your problem...

Yeah, I tried that with my other two parks I have on the workshop and they are all okay. Just a weird glitch I suppose. It happens. Most likely it was an issue from when it was first uploaded. I wish people had bothered to let me know when they discovered they could not find the park...surely one of the 162 who uploaded the park would have said something...but perhaps not. I suppose it's possible it got corrupted later....but whatever....time to move on. LOL
I did read on a PC help website that files can get corrupted during uploads and transfers. I doubt it had to do with me deleting the original. But who knows?o_O Thanks for all your help.
