in the first post what are all those numbers besides those countries name? why does soviet union have numbers from 46 onwards and yugoslavia has from 18 onwards. what do they mean? and do they overlap the text beneath it?

It was a bug because he installed IC over Arma 1.3b2 - which is an unofficial patch and works the spy system in a different way than 1.2. Don't bother, he fixed it.
