My first remark,too.
Manually buying some of the stuff your rich and poor POPs need and allowing them to buy from the stockpile pushed my income into that infinite loop. Good fun!

Similar to the Nassau issue, but in this case it is much later... I would have hoped militarism and industrialism would have prevented this. They lasted for ~3-4 years before Prussia had rebuilt their army from yet another defeat.
Also the Netherlands AI sucks when it has a player as Luxemburg... it suddenly feels invincible, mine dowed France/Belgium or Prussia/Hanover at least seven times before I just removed myself from the vassalage.
