Most countries have a communist party that participate in their democratic elections. If they weren't electable by democracy, that would be very inaccurate.

Just so you know, that is exactly how it worked in the SU and it's block countries. Yes, they had universal suffrage in the SU.
It's called one party system.

Well, i think china has the most members of parliament of any country in the world - only that they are called people´s deputies (or something like that) and are nominated by the communist party. But still, the chinese people is represented by more than 3,000 (iirc) deputies in parliament...

True, maybe build in events that change the TAG if big nations fall apart.

As an example: Austro-Hungaria loses Hungary. It should be renamed to Austria.

In EUIII we can, though in modern period states seemed not such likely to move their capital, but if my capital is absolutely an exclave ( e.p. a failed U.S.A. ) or due to some other reasons, that shouldn't be allowed?

I would like to see it. From St. Petersburg back to Moscow, from Constantinopol to Ankara, Rio to Brasilia etc...
