Yeah, there were a few weird little enclaves that were old HRE holdovers, got annexed by France, and then got switched around throughout the Congress of Vienna

There doesn't appear to be. I'm not France, I'm playing the Commonwealth of Benin. Currently the #7 GP, locked in a Great War with Russia and France. France's battle plan hinges on the Channel Islands, it seems.

There's normally a stack stuck out there. Not that it really matters..France just has hordes of people pouring out to fight for them.

Sure but if those are his standing armies hes finished with just mobilized armies.

I am not sure if they just send these huge stacks of mobilised troops there (at least no cavalry in this one judging by it) to siege the province a little faster or what? I get so annoyed when your allies like germany only has mobilised troops left yet they are stomping around besieging new provinces or liberating their own..Hopefully this will improve in Vic 3.
