Yes, they do. They speak portuguese. But the message said the Argentineans are the ones that speak other language, when they speak Spanish in Real life. Sorry if my post is confusing, English isn't my native tongue.
Indeed. In Vicky2 vanilla entire China is actually Manchu, even after Qing Dynasty falls. So the Chinese republicans and nationalists actually hate the Chinese and speak and act like Qing and write like nomadic people.

Interesting. My Ecuadorian Empire is so extense if annexed a good deal of nations. My accepted culture is a minory, actually. So, everything is a mess with the cultures of my country. China seems to be a mess too, at least in my plays. Also, I have provoked some strange situation myself. For example, thank to me, the USA owns a portion of France, because I declared war on the French and the USA, as my ally, attacked too. Instead of joining my attack at Africa they attacked the continental France and occupied some territories. Later the French signed peace with me, giving a good deal of colonies as peace offer and those territories to the Americans.
This is the smallest Germany I've seen in a game. It is basically Prussia and a few scattered provinces. Austria and I had annihilated Prussia multiple times so it was probably a rebels thing. It's also pretty funny that there is also a small Italy at the same time, though that one is more common.

I usually try to help out Russia and Poland when they attack Germany. A united Germany is the only thing that can challenge me 
Germany is often very powerful... I'm very lucky, because they didn't get reunited and thus I could freely attack them. However, I didn't. The austria-hungarias attacked the prussians and conquered a good chunk of them. I was busy attacking some russians, and I don't like neither of them so I didn't interfere, but it's still a shame to see a so little and weak Prussia.

I've always wondered how would economy, industry, culture and society develop in these Balkanised USA scenarios today. Would the CSA devolve into a corrupt nations hijacked by cartels and mafia, like Mexico has been for most of the last half of the XXth Century?
Would California ever boom without the backyard market of the whole U. S. of A population to buy their products and send in their colonists?
Would Deseret become a top tech manufacturer, much like Israel is today? (probably not).
Would the British invade New England?
Would they ever take part in a European war?
