This one isn't as 'strange' as it is 'WTF were they thinking?!'
I'm playing as Japan and only decalred war because Russia was occupied... but what is China's Excuse?!

If you look, there still marked as 'uncivilized' as well.
Sortly after the OE decalred war as well, looks like russia might be falling because despite china's negative score, there winning significantly

Yes, but American countries only get a huge boost to immigration if they are a Democracy. An HM's Government is just as bad as a Presidential Dictatorship.

Oh, I know, but china gets their butt handed to them in every conflict with a european power, including Russia. I have NEVER seen them do something as stupid as to start an open land war with Russia without any allied support

I imagine it happens when a brigade has the number of soldiers in it reduced to zero, and gets caught in combat before it vanishes or reinforces.

Fighting Russia as Japan. I believe I fought a battle that shows quite accurately how the Japanese felt about the Russians (ESPECIALLY in my game)
