You shouldn't click the key on your keyboard saying 'screenshot'; you should click F11 for an in-game screenshot, or F12 for a nice map of the world.

I'm trying to think of a non-insulting way to say 'wiggers'.

EDIT: please don't misconstrue that, it's just that I can't think of another word to describe people adopting the behaviours of a culture despite ethnic differences.

I have no screenshot, and its not entirely weird (as its easily explainable), but: in my game as Prussia, I declared war on Belgium, seeking to annex Wallonia. Halfway through the war, I upgraded to become the Northern German Confederation and after I forced Belgium to cede Wallonia to me, the mighty Prussian Nation was re-established inside Wallonia, right next to the (even mightier) Northern German Confederation.

Ah, yes, country tag switching is a long-standing bug in Paradox games. Did you remember to immediately save and reload after switching to to the new tag?

Oh, yes, I've gotten that event myself. Yeesh, that's just a complete mess of a pun right there. It made me groan so much I nearly dyed.

So, strange notion. Turns out the battle outcomes screen has an upper limit for how many soldiers it can display.

Put over a million troops into a battle, and it just sort of gives up. Level 3 Fort + dug-in bonus of 4 + 300% Tactics advantage + Gas attack without enemy gas defence = hilarity, apparently. Ils ne passeront pas, to borrow from Nivelle, but in my defence, my army never had to handle more than 900k at a single time, and it did take a few months for this battle to finish. The AI ended up acceding to my modest request for Lombardia after this, for some funny reason.

EDIT: And I just realized I must have been fighting the grandchild of the Austrian general from the beta AAR where everyone was kvetching about the disproportionate loss ratio and large army sizes. Those poor von Haynaus just can't catch a break.

First, in Green: I "allowed" the Anarcho-Liberals to capture Buenos Aires, RPing it as an army-backed coup (bourg. dict>pres dict, imho, at least by party trait). And yet, THEY WANT TO REBEL AGAINST THEMSELVES 25 years later :rofl: And yes half of this world is falling to power of A-L's

Second: It has been 5-10 years since Communism has founded and already I have 1m+ pops ready for revolt (450+ brigades, 10x my standing army). So I'm sure I'm just going to go commie at some point, my only question is how 33% of the population supports the revolution (1m pops out of 3m) when only 8% are communist ! Guess the communist way is to force sharing the burden of the revolution on all the other pops

PS: This Russia has been torn to shreds by a combo of Jacobians, A-Ls, and Communists. So its a four-way, red white blue and yellow civil war, and whoever takes Moscow first and "wins" will still have an army of rebels twice the victors size remaining

There's is nothing wrong here.... The Spanish Flu killed about a 100 million people between 1918-1920. It didn't start in that time, it just had its biggest effect on the world in that time.

Actually, the Spanish flu DID start in 1918, as that's a specific mutation of the influenza virus that was especially deadly due to the fact it induced cytokine storm. Any particular strain peters out after 2-4 years at most, human adaptive immunity being what it is

INFLUENZA itself is a seasonal virus-class that has lead to several epi- and pan- demics and thats probably what the text of the epidemic should say, and refer to spanish flu as an example
