You can try TinyPic. I'm not entirely sure, so don't take my word for it, but I don't think they downscale images.

Photobucket handles 1680 x 1050 well, however with larger resolutions I couldn't tell. The people viewing the picture with smaller screens than that size (Me) doesn't want them that large anyway, so it shouldn't really be a problem... Crop and downscale with Photoshop or Gimp and it should be fine really.
Sometimes you want to view people the complete screen and then you don't crop. I'll never downscale because of bad quality.

France can probably handle that. They do when I play Liege and DoW them while they're at war with the same nations (Save the Knights).
Then I reloaded my game and DoWed Burgundy instead....
especially is you have the march or april betas , i've found them to bring back the BBB
(i play cataluya , because i added them a province on cuba i've colonized the carribbean i've 3 cores and 32 provs )
i did not interfere in europe , except i forced castille to change mission as the AI does not understand the difference between colonize and conquer
the new patch makes some things messy , like brabant has 30 BB now :/

As France I occupied England's continental holdings and let their war exhaustion rack up, a few years later...this.

While in the RN mod there are coutries who have the same name, there is only one Croatia.
Hungary was at the time embroiled in several wars, losing pretty badly. I saw my chance to cripple them further, since they threatened my ally Ragusa at the time. So I sent some spies to agitate nationalists in the area, spawning several Croatian dissidents.
They succeeded but I had hoped to unify Croatia into one state, though the nationalists wanted otherwise.
What will happen in 1992? Croatia vs. Croatia? :rofl:
