The European languages are all rather similar. Well, even Slavic languages and Arabic languages have words I can understand just from the sound. If I'm trying to communicate with someone who speaks another Latin language, I just keep trying Latin words until they understand me by context. Its weird, but it works sometimes.

I had one where a Portugal colonized most of the southern US, and AI Shawnee took it all But I don't think you can post pre-load world map screens.

Austria leads a union with Hungary.. But they have two different kings. They started ruling at different times, and both are apparently still alive. Still the PU continues.

Castile getting Aragon and forming Spain? I wouldn't call it "completely ahistorical" - Spain even looks somewhat like it did IRL at some point on the last image (safe the African holdings, of course).

in my bysantium game they are the western leading power (but what were they thinking taking some parts of sweden and norway? that will cost them a lot and decrease their value as main rival )

I believe naggy's post was a joke, directed towards the people who whine that EU3 is ahistorical. After all, the exact same thing happened IRL, just slightly later in history.
