They changed provinces in Europe?

Yeah they definatly seperated switzerland into 3 provinces. I dont actually remember them changing italy, but its been a while since I played...

I first noticed the Netherlands.

I just recently formed the European union, and as you can see I can change back to France and back to EU, with no penalty and with centralization gain and prestige and cores. Well if that isn't and exploit .
-Accept cultural shift? A.)I lose 5 stability and get nothing. B.)I cant even accept the option. So whats the point of it anyway?

Sometimes mods also have bugs.

Cultural shifts could be useful if you want to form different countries. Some people like to start as Holland => Netherlands and then cultural shift to form Germany or something like that.

That can't be from the same game.. Or? Thrace and Judea as protestant is easy for the player. The same for a muslim Rome. But both in the same game seems quite odd. More than quite odd.

Nah, there's some bug in my game, that Thrace, Slilistria, Szolnok, Pecs and Carpathia are in terra incognita. No country usually sends conquistadores there so I have to cheat to reveal those provinces. I colonised Silistria and Thrace. Also, I conquered Judea for the prestige bonus. Ottomans has Rome until they were beaten by me and it got stolen by Milan.

thats a big bug, i suggest reinstalling the game/mod

Nah, I usually just use "tag HUN" and "tag TUR", send colonists to those provinces and everyone lives happily ever after
