You know things are bad for a country when the North African Muslims smell blood coming from the far side of Europe. England messed with I believe France and got pummeled by everybody under the sun who came to the rescue, including Denmark, Genoa and well as you can see the Hafsids (Tunisia if I wasn't playing D&T 10.2). I'll see how long this lasts. I'll be even more amazed if they convert both provinces.
Don't really know if it counts as strange; but if this isn't a successful AI Netherlands then I don't know what is.
Btw I had just allied with them and besides that hadn't even noticed them up till now.

Those Timmies only lost Mazandaran, that doesn't really count as Persia. Hope they go further south, Uzbek culture in Zimbabwe surely would be fun, something different than Kannada and Japanese for once . Also, if they grab and hold onto Morocco, they can get down to Mali when Portugal or something colonizes those provinces, now that would be awesome.
