Well it seems like Vitosha Studios has been blocked by some securesignup crap so you will have to wait until the creators of Phoenix creates another download spot for it. What you could do is download the standalone version of the mod, however it is not without its flaws. I have though made some of my own historical corrections and expansions so I could put the modified files in a sort of patch and send it over to you.

If you want my modifications, let me know but here is the standalone version:

Or I could just send over my copy of Phoenix and I have corrected some of the strange things that has been going on, such as Muslim Moscow and the unfair divide of Cyprus

The standalone version is seperate from the game so it doesn´t matter what version you have. I beleive you can even play it without having EU3 installed

So playing as Portugal I decided to focus only on colonizing and as such have not done much of anything besides that. Right around 100 years into the grand campaign I look at eastern Europe and notice there is more purple then green. Ottomans are a OPM and Byz has a handful of provinces. I forget about them and come back 100 years later and notice they have grown to these proportions. While not to strange I figured most people would enjoy seeing the Byz grow to be this big.




P.S. They are in fact at war with Novgorod and have occupied all but one province in this SS.

So playing as Portugal I decided to focus only on colonizing and as such have not done much of anything besides that. What, are the Byzantines not allowed to expand on their own? Is it strange that a country retakes its heartlands? If Byzantium took...Kamchatka or...Iceland, that would be a little strange but Byzantium retaking the Black Sea is not strange, just a little unusual

Apparently Castille was too busy crusading into the Middle East, and every minor power under the sun jumped in on South America.

And from that same game, Blobhemia and Russia refuse to actually annex land from eachother, instead there is this horrible cluster of vassals they keep trading

Edit: That small tile of yellow where Karkow should be, is Scotland. Its their only provience left, and they are still at war with Great Britian.

France and castille look allright, and if you were to combine all the Russian minors save Nihzny Novgorod with Prussia and Mazovia you'd get a nice country shape.
