That province changed culture under the Jalayrids, who were Mongols themselves. They usually don't manage to change the culture of their provinces, so it should be no surprise that they have done so the one time that it matters.

I actually figured out what was wrong but I still think its a glitch: Poland was switching between Kingdom and Republic like two times per month and the casius belli message just kept popping up. It stopped after 1 or 2 years
I realised that it was rather common after playing more of that game, I had about 2 more rulers with Tupac in their name.

Look a little closer at the screenshot, Finland is a Metropolis, not a Theocracy. Maybe the rebels were funded by Finland?
France decided it also wanted to be German. I didn't do any of this. I was busy dealing with heathens out east while the French decided that the Germans had a good thing going on.
I believe it's due to tag switching, the CBs don't correctly get terminated and re-made when you switch a tag (in this case it's meant as forming a new nation etc.), but instead are kept from your previous nation, so ex. if you tag switch from Burgundy to France, you'll have reconquest CB on France AKA yourself.
With other nations it's probably because 1st CB is on the nation that formed the nation & 2nd CB is the one that gets created on a new nation that you have a reason for CB against (ex. cores), so the 1st CB could have been on, ex. Connacht, while the 2nd one was created when Ireland was formed, but the 1st one wasn't terminated when Connacht turned into Ireland, but simply all references to Connacht were changed to Ireland, with the CBs not being properly reset.
That's the way I think it works.

And Latvia is far from being very religious country, we have an atheist majority (or atleast on par with other religious groups) and have no trace left from the times our lands were conquered by the Teuton crusaders (who weren't related to the locals that are now ancestors of modern Latvians).

Okay, I didn´t expect THIS. Ricox, I am sorry that i misspeled Latvia, didn´t realize. It also wasn´t my intension to point out the Latvians as religious, I just call every European country that conquers something in the Jerusalem-Arabian region a crusader just for fun, I called Finland a crusader for taking Acre but if I offended you by calling Latvia a crusader state, I apologise. Also I didn´t know that Raimondas Denhoff was a Lithuanian name but I guess that the creators of Phoenix added that name so they are to blame.
Just to be clear, I know nothing of Latvia except that the capital is called Riga but other then that I have no thoughts about it. Again I apologise for everything and as a fellow nationalist (Swedish) I understand your anger
Already noted - I only wrote it to give some info to make sure people don't think dat's true 'n stuff, I don't want to derail this topic. I've been beaten off this topic and now I'm going to ravage another topic to restore morale and then go back to where I belong (bad reference to the dumb rebels that attack neighbouring countries they have no business being in after being beaten off their target).
