i went to the wikipedia page and among the rulers were

Jig rten dBang phyug Pad kar lde

so it is not some weird bug or anything... just history... :( haha

I bet those Tibetan names would look more sensible if some spaces were deleted - that's probably something like writing 'Queen E li za beth I'. (People tend to do these things for languages like Tibetan and Chinese - it makes more sense there than the English example, but it's still suboptimal.)
