However, their military score is 14, and they even seem to have rebels under control of Taiwan. If you blitz them, you could chip away at China. Maybe even satellite them.

I'm the USCA, and probably have a smaller military score than they do (it's been a while since I played this particular game). That said, it sure would be hilarious (and strange) seeing a mega-industrial China satellited by the USCA...

I would suggest ganking their capital and possibly allying with Russia or Britain, but China is allied with Japan, which might make that a bit tricky.

That is not what i was saying. In order for this migration to cause that wouldn't be have to produce a lot of everything in order for it to cause an economic melt down?
