All my RGO's there are full (25/25 POP) and my two factories need constant expansion due to massive wave of immigrants. Lapland has ~100 POP's from around 25 differend cultures. No, 35 cultures.
I believe that the huge wave of that pic (100% larger than usual immigration) is that I have all soc. reforms in best (except work hours), got 100% plurality and I am one of few democracies in the world.

For an American country it's pretty easy to get immigration like this, but with Finland that is very impressive.
Japan now has colonies in Africa, The West Indies + Belize and many more xD

Lord Finnish, I can see why you were frowning in one of your posts. Is it because you have absolutely no chance of assimilating all of them? Especially since Finland is Protestant, and most of your immigrants are Catholic/Orthodox. Nevertheless, congratulations on your immigration achievement

Immigrants assimilate their religion too. Your immigration policy decides how fast they assimilate, also.

yup, especially as I stopped Germany forming by succesfully holding the early maginot line
although Britain lost out big time on africa, only myself and Prussia did anything, and I stole all of prussia's colonies in a war, leaving pretty much everything north of and including the congo under my control
