Is not Serbia, is Yugoslavia, that appeared by it's own due to revolts in Ottoman Empire. I only satellized it. Serbia and Bonia also appeared, but Serbia was annexed by Romania.
The provinces in Southern France are spanish due to Mughalistan intervention.
