How come you haven't become Italy?

There was a bug in earlier patches! In the event file for the Papacy, the trigger for uniting Italy actually said that Sardinia should control one of the key privinces (don't remember which one) and Papal states the rest of them in order for Papal states to unite Italy. It was fixed in the Revolutions expansion.

I've never seen an austria fallen apart that much. it lost poland, hungary and croatia to revolts, and a big chunk to russia. and Still it is the 3rd strongest nation in the world.

Iche_Bins first two screenies with the different interface is the VIP interface developed by Tyrel68. It was included in VIP 0.45, and will be included as an option in VIP:R 0.1 when it is released (hopefully) later this month.
