Well it's just the Great Peace Demonstartaion event. It has "Dominant Issue for Capitalists/farmers/clerks/craftsmen/officers in Zanzibar (And labourers in Brandenburg) set to Pacifism,"
Which is weird because I'm playing as Prussia and haven't conquered Zanzibar yet.
Does anyone know how to upload a picture? This is my first try and I think I've messed it up...

It means that there is a incorrect province ID in the event file. Report it in the bugs forum.

Can anyone explain me how the hell those priests bacame socialists and atheists?! I tried to satisfy all their needs, but this has just slowed down their militancy. After some years I had to demote all priests into clerks to avoid a full scale religious revolt in Germany. It seems that the entire clergy (protestant and catholic) joined forces aginst me and my Liberal Empire. That's a real 'Kultur Kampf'! But now I havn't any priest to calm down the masses of farmers and workers, which aren't much ahppy with a liberal government...

Well, they are probably socialist as they aren't getting their daily needs - or they are bein overtaxed. Too high tariffs will stop them getting their daily needs, as does too high tax.
