same thing happened to me in a GC as Spain... while allied to papal states, i dowed france, and since i didnt have the pope as vassal, france made separate peace and so papal states got the same prov i see in your pic! :rofl:

No, The Pope is my vassal. Fought my last war with France around 1700 (War of the Spanish Succession). France had to cede Rome to me. Made the Pope my vassal then.

LoL, no. I never took Paris. I conquered Bremen though. Got a lot of maps then.

how does the NL thing work? once i played as austria and a NL-related event popped up and i got their maps(nice ones!) and explorers...
i remember de Ruyter and everybody....

does it happen only to austria if it owns NL or to any other country?

6-7 provs Saxony is nothing "strange" they start with 2 relatively rich provinces after all (6, 7 or 8 provinces minor is quite normal in GC - usually they got killed after some time because of BB), Manchu should eat China because of Chineese events - it's a wad.
