Just more likely to happen. IIRC CWs can happen aslong as you are under 0 stab.

In my MYMAP-AGCEEP Brandenburg game, even though it is NOT strange, the Byzantine Empire actually stands a chance! It currently owns Bosphorus, Salonica, Attica, and Epirus

No Im not allied with the Swedes I acually fought a few wars against them and drove them out of Germany.

Speaking of Iberia, Aragon currently has two provinces. One is their capital, the Baleares (first their capital moved to Messina when Catalunya revolted, and then to the Baleares when Sicily revolted). Anyone want to guess where the other is?

Never tried. I believe it would CTD (IIRC there some post somewhere where someone said that it CTDs if you declare war, but if, say, you offer an RM, the country you offer it to just ignores it and never accepts or declines).
