So you could edit in king of the rebels as your primary title but never ever make peace for the rest of the game? That would be interesting. . .

Incidentally, that King shield looks like you just granted the title to begin with. How did that happen?

Doesn't have to be granted by the player, can be that it spawned by event, much like the Kingdom of Jerusalem likes to do, as that also produces the same effect at first.

So you're telling me there's an event establishing the rebel kingdom? ;)

Having a fertility of 8 doesn't mean that you can get 8 children

Also the traits that cause fertility loss are broken, f.e. depression should make a character infertile (-50) but depressed character still get children. So you kind of spotted a known bug :)

My 100th post in this thread :D
Well at least I got a joke out of that bug!

No, just that it could also be a bug, not produced by the player.

Though an event creating the Kingdom of the Rebels would be kickass.

Damn you Lly, damn you for destroying my wonderful postcount. Now it will take me the next month to get a proper one (read 3630) again!

@Below: I mean the postcount. I had thirteen counting posts in the last two months. I had 3625, and wanted to stay with that, but then you made me post, meaning it will take another month to get a nicer one again. And then I can again stop to post. Until I have another urge.

I have no idea what you're talking about, but apparently, yes, I am in fact damned. Or, to be more precise, the antichrist.

Well this is weird.
This game, which I'm playing with Scotland, have no mercy on catholic or orthodox countries. All the luck is on pagan and moslem side. I was very happy, wen i saw Republic of Venice expand on pagan territory, but when i opened their king window, i saw this..

Aye, that's minor. At least it's only Venice in your game - I've seen Pagan papacies before (though I've NEVER been able to recreate it, and I never got a screenie for it :( ).

well, the most interesting thing on this one is that she is accusing her own brother

ScreenSave34.jpg

“Hey, I think that one schizophrenic bastard child of that one count would be a great pope” “Well how old is he? 60? Well, we might as well give him a 19 yr old wife as a gift”

ScreenSave15.jpg

I guess its not that strange, but I’ve never seen the event before

ScreenSave13.jpg

Not only does the pope have a son, but a female is 2nd in line to the papacy

ScreenSave3.jpg

another just rare event

Even more reason to read this AAR, beyond it just being the template that anonymous totally ripped off. :D

Nice to see the pagan AI doing well :D One reason for that might be you having a Pagans/Muslims playable mod installed - once the non-Christians gain the ability to grant/grab/usurb/create titles, they become wayyy more powerful than without this ability.
[shameless advertising]Just read my ongoing AAR to see some of the possible results.[/shameless advertising]

As for the above picture about the "Traumatic experience" - it is a fun sidenote to imagine a club-footed guy (now with chaste added for even more fun!) leading the armies to glorious victories... if he just manages to catch up with the soldiers, that is.

Most likely, one of his ancestors or he himself, became a vassal of a Muslim ruler. There are events that convert vassals to the religion of their liege.

Or one of his ancestors ended up in the court of a muslim, this ancestor was till following a ecclestial education and once that finishes you get the religion of the ruler whose court you are in, so in this case muslim

More to the point, look at his stats!

Turning Muslim repairs all the Danish inbreeding and turns them into competents! Someone tell Phargle before he thinks getting a nativist Arab son and a conversion would make for a good laugh!

It is wonderful, though, that he's also Scottish for no reason whatsoever :)
