For three reasons:

3) Refugees will usually flee to neighbouring realms if their land is lost.

During a crusade the Orient is rapidly conquered, so muslims flee to christian courts in the area, including the knight orders (3). Once a muslim has the title any future courtiers will also be muslims, so the title will effectively be lost for christians.

I often edit the save to rename my heirs ^_^ Once as England, my wife was Germany and she kicked out like 6 Castillian girls then the 1st son, my heir was German ffs. His name was Freidreich (ish), so I changed it to Fred. King Fred ftw tbh!

With those stats I wonder how did she ever survive until 35. I'm curious though: how do you get stats like that. Her best unmodified stat is -8.

Well, even without the minus before it wouldn't really fit. But maybe you should just half them and make them plus instead.

I don't understand the mechanism myself (Ve-e-eld? ) but those bizarre negative stat numbers are a normal occurance in CK. I've noticed them from time to time plugging through the external ledger.

I just make sure not to marry them and they focus on coughing up blood and leave me alone.

I don't really have a clue on how the mechanism works either, Nick B II posted about it in the Public beta forum a while ago. Take a look here

I haven't gotten that event either. Is it not included in the normal or BOPACK/SMACK event series? or an old version of the game?

Or does it just require that you've left your son unmarried for awhile? (Not my normal practice in games... unless the King of England's daughter is about to come of age )
