Strange pictures / events / and missing events?

Iv been haveing some strange proplems like austria never becomes my puppet ( ofcourse maybe thats something austria desides for it self? ) and one of the ships picture in the production screen ( and out side ) is it a blown out panther with american troops walking past it... oh and the checkoslovain event never happends. Oh and no matter how high my upgrade % is there are always 2 obsolete divisions that never get upgraded... oh and with the checkoslovia event theres a option with " EB80001001 " or something that should have been " take it all for our selfs... so im waiting for the new version couse this version is giving me the creeps ( 0.11 )

The issue regarding the graphics is due to different model numbers in CORE compared to Vanilla. As 0.2 won't contain a detailed graphics pack (first we want to get the game basics going) that problem will remain for a while. But normally it's not really a problem gamewise. The other issues are solved in 0.2 AFAIK.
