Strange HRE Inheritance Problems

Currently I am a vassal of the HRE and am Liege of all of Italy, Sicily Lotharingia and several other duchies around western Europe (Orlean, Carinthia, Baden Aquitaine, Normandy, Norfolk, Lancaster etc etc etc). The problem is that during several points during my successions strange occurences...well occur. At first it was when i took Sicily from the damn dirty Fatimids and created the Kingdom. Instead of my normal heir (Comita IV) taking the title along with the Kingdom of Italy, the title would go to his brother Leonardo. I am currently under Agnatic Primo with High CA. The same thing happened when Comita IV usurped Lotharingia. Instead of the V taking the throne of both Kingdoms the second title would go to his second born son. The only fix i could make was by destroying the titles which i would have rather kept. As I am soon adding the Kingdom of France and more holdings in England I am wondering if something is wrong here or if someone could examine the occurence. None of the usurped titles operate under anything other than Primo. Furthermore its beginning to happen randomly with my held counties and duchies. Normandy and western england were given to an old childless family member to cut down on my demesne holdings with them being returned to my primary character upon death. Now theyre being handed to his first born daughter instead of his first born son. I honestly have no clue about whats going on as I have made sure time and again to set the inheritance laws the proper way.

Only sure-fire way of knowing who's in the succession line is to mouse over the CoA of the title you want to check, and you'll only have the maximum 3 if you're lucky.

Actually it manager to fix the itself once I destroyed and reformed the titles I am now happily comita v king of Italy Sicily France England Aquitaine and lastly Jerusalem huzzah!
