Soo,
my problem is:
I start as duke of AAA, I conquer duchies BBB, CCC, DDD and after 10 years of my game I change duchy law from gavelkind to ultimogeniture.
Then I create a kingdom of XXX - it's ok, its ultimogeniture, as all my duchies are..
(and here comes the strangeness)
once I start to give my duchies away (de jure XXX or not, it doesn't mind) to my sons, they ALL become Gavelkind. WHY? Why they are not ultimo or am I missing something?
ps. I play as the last zoroastrian duke on 867 start..
pss. It's definitely a bug:
-when you create & then donate a duchy to someone, it'll be 100% and only Gavelkind.

To test it, start as ERE (any date, it's primogeniture always), destroy and recreate any duchy title -it's still primogeniture-, give it away and it'll be 100% Gavelkind once received.
