This is why my mod is...useful
In vanilla all that is checked is if France has beaten Prussia. At any point. So since you beat Prussia earlier, as soon as the start date for that event comes along it sees you have beaten Prussia and proclaims you the victor of the Franco-Prussian war. In my mod only the actual F-P war will trigger these events.
