Strange Dejure spread

I am the king of Croatia (though it is my secondary title)

I control all 4 of its component duchies though Bosnia and Dalmatia were gained later.

As I am a member of the HRE Croatia itself is drifting to HRE but and this is the strange thing Bosnia and Dalmatian are drifting to Egypt the former overlord of these Duchies. I suspect this is due to creating croatia and only then gaining the two extra duchies. (Croatia had ceased to exist when the Fatimads invaded)

That's old behavior. You're now reversing the drift of Bosnia and Dalmatia to Egypt, if you observe it over some years you should see the drift counter is counting down.
