Strange bug causing message on top left of the screen.

I got a strange bug that comes from some mod I have but I have no idea which one.
When I turn on mods on the top left of the screen the following message appears:
"Allows the "Force" parameter to force an event to happen immediately upon applying these settings."

I disabled all recently subscribed mods the issue still occurs, I guess some other mod is causing this but since message remains on the screen I have to exit the game and try again and again. I have too many mods to do that.
Anyone recognizes this error?

It's a tooltip which gets stuck. I have that happen on a regular basis. It disappears when you leave the main menu (exit game, load a save, open the asset editor) - at least for me. Just ignore it.

Yeap same here, only on main menu, I will ignore it too since I have no game issues.
