Strange behavior from the imperial reconquest casus belli

I've seen this happen twice now, sometimes when i use the casus belli i wont get all the provinces in the duchy or I get to many, a case in point, I dow France and HRE (separately at the same time) for the duchy of Toulouse. Halfway through HRE wants to surrender and when i accept both wars end and I gain ALL the counties held by France but not the 2 that are owned by HRE (Let me iriterate I accept surrender from HRE but gain the french holdings), so I reload and finish the war with France (100% warscore) signing a peacetreaty with them, same thing happens, both wars end and i don't get the HRE ones. Is this WAD?

It's a bug; has also been acknowledged by the devs and should hopefully be fixed in the next patch.

Seems they mucked something up when they changed the CB to not clear out any of the county holders.

ah ok thanks for the reply, I tried declaring war again against HRE and when they surrendered I ended up grabbing the duchy of Toulouse, the one I had just given to a vassal so essentially i revoked a title i just gave away

Yeah, I had this happen a few times since upgrading to 1.08. I would DOW for imperial reconquest of Duchy of Barcelona or Verona. In both cases, I gained control of the lands held by the Duke of Barcelona or Verona (just examples, but the two I took over in my ERE game recently), but not necessarily the lands I was going for. For example, in the case of Verona, I was wanting to take the county of Treviso from the Duke of Baden, won the war, but gained everything in the Duchy of Verona EXCEPT Treviso... In the Barcelona case, I gained the territory I expected, having declared war against the Duke of Barcelona, but he also had control of a county in the middle of france, which he continued to control, but he became a vassal of me. So I had this random territory in the middle of France. I decided to let him loose as soon as he asked for independence.
