is it me, or after 1.5 Utopia the AI sometimes act very strange.
for example he is constantly trying to bombard captured planets...without even thinking about building armies.
and if you have multiple captured planets - he may start circling from one to another.
looks hilarious, but annoying. he is scaring my science ships
