Strange ban in Paradox twitch channel

I was strangely banned in Paradox twitch channel after typing in Russian "Ded it is time to take Paris" There was nothing else written, no offensive words or insults, so I found the ban extremely strange.
My twitch nickname is DonKihotun

P.S. While I have seen outright swearing in Russian in chat which got no attention at all.
